Dr. Gelch is a University of Florida graduate who earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College in 1994. He has practiced in South Florida since graduation and brings a longstanding interest in sports, exercise, and musculoskeletal care.
Medical Director
Dr. Baker graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. His approach emphasizes ongoing clinical research, careful evaluation, and individualized treatment planning for each patient.
Pain Management Specialist
Dr. Murillo brings more than 30 years of experience in pain medicine and anesthesiology. His work focuses on thoughtful evaluation and multidisciplinary care for patients managing persistent or injury-related pain.

Dr. Rappaport is a board-certified chiropractic physician, federal medical examiner, and certified professional coder. His experience includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation, functional assessment, injury management, and clinical documentation.
Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Mijares is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine fellowship graduate with a focus on shoulder and knee care. He completed orthopedic surgery residency at Jackson Memorial and the University of Miami, where he served as chief resident.
Neurology
Dr. Khan is dual certified in Psychiatry through the ABPN and Behavioral Neurology through the UCNS. Her work brings neurological and psychiatric perspectives together for thorough, patient-centered evaluation of complex conditions, including traumatic brain injury.
Surgical Director
Paris has grown with Multi-Care Medical over the past decade and now oversees surgical operations across the network. A certified firefighter paramedic with education in emergency medical services and sports medicine, Paris supports patients and staff throughout coordinated care.
Physical Therapist
Dr. Martucci earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020. A former Division I athlete, he brings an active, function-focused perspective to rehabilitation care.
Regional Business Development Manager
Dani supports Multi-Care Medical offices across Florida’s west coast. Her background includes surgical technology and more than 15 years in orthopedic and chiropractic practice operations, and she has been part of the Multi-Care team since 2017.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Stephanie earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Broward College in 2013. Her experience includes postoperative rehabilitation, work and auto injuries, balance concerns, manual therapy, myofascial release, and taping techniques.
Director of PT & Clinical Operations
Christina has two decades of experience as a physical therapist assistant and previously owned and operated a private physical therapy practice. Her training includes orthopedic rehabilitation techniques for patients across a wide range of ages and activity levels.
